Als Projectmanager Packaging realiseer je technische investeringsprojecten binnen onze verpakkingsafdelingen, van concept tot ingebruikname. Je leidt zowel grote investeringsprojecten als kleinere nevenprojecten.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

Je leidt verpakkingsprojecten van concept, ontwerp en investeringsaanvraag tot installatie en opstart, en zorgt voor een gebruiksvriendelijke installatie die vlot kan worden overgedragen aan operations.

Je vertaalt operationele en commerciële behoeften naar haalbare technische oplossingen en maakt via technische tekeningen duidelijk hoe een project eruit zal zien.

Je realiseert projecten zoals de integratie van cobots en robots, het vernieuwen en automatiseren van delen van bestaande verpakkingslijnen en het plaatsen van volledig nieuwe lijnen.

Je beheert gelijktijdig technische investeringsprojecten met budgetten tot circa 2 miljoen euro.

Je werkt over verschillende business units heen, waaronder UFO, Inpak Giet en Hardboiled, en stemt oplossingen af op hun specifieke processen en noden.

Je houdt rekening met onze private-labelcontext, waarin installaties en verpakkingsoplossingen vaak op maat van de wensen van klanten worden uitgewerkt.

Je stelt technische specificaties en investeringsdossiers op, vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt voorstellen en selecteert samen met de betrokken stakeholders de juiste partners.

Je coördineert leveranciers, contractors en interne teams tijdens ontwerp, bouw, installatie, testen en opstart.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, technische dienst, automatisatie, kwaliteit, veiligheid, R&D en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Je volgt het budget correct op en escaleert wanneer nodig.

Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, een gedragen implementatie en een correcte projectdocumentatie en overdracht.

Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, automatisatie of een vergelijkbaar domein, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in het leiden van technische projecten binnen een productieomgeving.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met packaging projecten. Ervaring met snoepverpakkingen of vergelijkbare flexibele verpakkingsprocessen is een grote troef.

Je beschikt over voldoende kennis van automatisatie om technische concepten te beoordelen en vlot samen te werken met interne en externe specialisten.

Je kunt technische oplossingen helder visualiseren en toelichten. Kennis van AutoCAD en/of Inventor is vereist.

Je bent sterk in projectmanagement en stuurt complexe trajecten gestructureerd aan op vlak van veiligheid, scope, timing, budget, en kwaliteit.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar veel oplossingen op maat worden ontwikkeld.

Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende business units, disciplines en leveranciers en weet uiteenlopende belangen te verbinden.

Je communiceert duidelijk, neemt eigenaarschap en betrekt de juiste stakeholders tijdig bij beslissingen.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
