Business Development Manager – Kunststoffrecycling / Recyclable Plastics

Astrantia Talent sucht im Auftrag eines etablierten, international tätigen Unternehmens aus dem Bereich Kunststoffrecycling und Circular Economy einen Business Development Manager für den deutschen Markt.

In dieser Position übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines starken Lieferantennetzwerks für recycelbare Kunststoffe und Kunststoffabfälle in Deutschland.

Dabei handelt es sich nicht um eine klassische Vertriebsposition. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Beschaffungs- und Handelsseite des Kunststoffrecyclings: Du identifizierst neue Materialquellen, entwickelst langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen, bewertest Materialien und verhandelst attraktive kommerzielle Vereinbarungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategischer Auf- und Ausbau des Lieferantennetzwerks in Deutschland
  • Identifikation neuer Materialquellen in Recycling, Entsorgung, Kunststoffverarbeitung und produzierender Industrie
  • Aktive Ansprache potenzieller Lieferanten und eigenständige Marktrecherche
  • Einkauf von Kunststoffabfällen und recycelbaren Kunststoffmaterialien
  • Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Lieferanten
  • Regelmäßige Besuche bei Unternehmen und Lieferanten vor Ort
  • Persönliche Begutachtung der verfügbaren Materialien
  • Bewertung von Qualität, Volumen, Verfügbarkeit und kommerzieller Attraktivität
  • Verhandlung von Preisen, Mengen und Konditionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Trading-, Sales-, Logistik- und Operations-Teams
  • Beobachtung von Marktpreisen, Materialverfügbarkeit und Entwicklungen im Recyclingmarkt
  • Konsequente Pflege von CRM, Pipeline und Marktinformationen
  • Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands

Was Du mitbringen solltest

Idealerweise verfügst Du über kommerzielle Erfahrung in Kunststoffrecycling, Entsorgung, Kunststoffen/Polymeren, Rohstoffen oder Commodity Trading.

Wichtig ist vor allem ein nachweisbarer Track Record im Business Development: Du weißt, wie man einen Markt entwickelt, neue Geschäftspartner gewinnt und aus ersten Gesprächen langfristige kommerzielle Beziehungen aufbaut.

Du solltest gerne unterwegs sein, selbstständig arbeiten und Verhandlungen souverän führen können.

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Chancen eigenständig erkennt, Beziehungen aufbaut und Verantwortung für den eigenen Markt übernimmt.
