Verantwortlichkeiten

Als Montagetechniker/\-in Leistungselektronik führen Sie Montage\- und Prüfarbeiten an elektronischen Baugruppen und Geräten aus. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zusammen und tragen mit Ihrer sorgfältigen Ausführung zur zuverlässigen Funktion unserer Produkte bei.

  • Montieren und Verdrahten von Baugruppen und Geräten der Leistungselektronik, damit funktionsfähige Produkte für unsere Kunden entstehen
  • Bestücken, Verbinden und Bearbeiten elektronischer Komponenten nach technischen Unterlagen, damit Fertigungsabläufe effizient und reproduzierbar bleiben
  • Lesen und Umsetzen von Schaltplänen, Montagezeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen, damit elektrische und mechanische Vorgaben korrekt eingehalten werden
  • Durchführen von Sicht\-, Funktions\- und elektrischen Prüfungen, damit Fehler früh erkannt und die Produktqualität sichergestellt wird
  • Systematisches Eingrenzen und Beheben von Montage\- und Verdrahtungsfehlern, damit Geräte zuverlässig in Betrieb genommen werden können
  • Dokumentieren von Prüfergebnissen, Abweichungen und ausgeführten Arbeiten, damit die Rückverfolgbarkeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung gewährleistet sind
  • Mitarbeiten bei der Optimierung von Montageprozessen, damit Qualität, Sicherheit und Termintreue laufend verbessert werden

Qualifikationen

Für diese Funktion bringen Sie eine technische Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrung in der Montage elektrischer oder elektronischer Systeme mit. Sie arbeiten präzise, sicherheitsbewusst und selbstständig und stimmen sich gerne mit verschiedenen Fachstellen ab.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker/\-in, Automatiker/\-in, Elektromonteur/\-in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, Verdrahten und Prüfen von elektronischen Baugruppen oder elektrischen Geräten
  • Gute Fähigkeit, Schaltpläne, technische Zeichnungen und detaillierte Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
  • Kenntnisse im sicheren Umgang mit Messmitteln für elektrische Prüfungen und bei der Fehlersuche
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit bei der Ausführung von Aufgaben und Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Interesse an Leistungselektronik und an technischen Lösungen für klimafreundliche Systeme
