🎯 Principais Responsabilidades Apoiar as atividades de Governança de Segurança da Informação, contribuindo para a organização e acompanhamento dos processos da área; Apoiar o acompanhamento de riscos, controles internos e planos de ação relacionados à Segurança da Informação; Auxiliar na elaboração, atualização e organização de políticas, normas, procedimentos e documentos de Segurança da Informação; Apoiar processos de auditoria interna e externa, organizando evidências e acompanhando solicitações; Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores, KPIs e demais métricas de Segurança da Informação; Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, controles e apresentações gerenciais; Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios em Power BI; Apoiar a organização e gestão de documentos, fluxos e controles utilizando SharePoint; Apoiar análises relacionadas à conformidade, riscos e controles de Segurança da Informação; Interagir com áreas internas e fornecedores para levantamento de informações e acompanhamento das demandas de Governança; Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos de Governança, Riscos e Compliance; Auxiliar na preparação de materiais e status reports para acompanhamento das atividades da área.

💼 Requisitos e Qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento em Segurança da Informação, Governança, Riscos, Compliance ou Auditoria; Conhecimento em Microsoft Excel, incluindo fórmulas, tabelas e gráficos; Conhecimento em PowerPoint para elaboração de apresentações; Conhecimento em Power BI para criação e atualização de relatórios e dashboards; Conhecimento em SharePoint será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em frameworks e normas de Segurança da Informação, como ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST, CIS e LGPD; Inglês intermediário a avançado para leitura e compreensão de documentos. Conversação será considerada um diferencial; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Perfil organizado, analítico, proativo e atento aos detalhes; Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes áreas; Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional na área de Governança e Segurança da Informação.

Diferenciais Certificações ou cursos relacionados à Segurança da Informação, Governança, Riscos ou Compliance; Conhecimento em COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST ou CIS; Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de riscos, controles ou auditorias; Vivência anterior em empresas dos segmentos financeiro, bancário, seguros ou tecnologia; Conhecimento em LGPD e requisitos de privacidade e proteção de dados.
