YOUR DAY.

Als Assistent Storemanager ben jij de rechterhand van de Storemanager.

Je staat midden op de winkelvloer, geeft het goede voorbeeld en zorgt ervoor dat de store iedere dag klaar is om klanten de beste ervaring te geven.

Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles klopt. Van de sfeer in het team tot de presentatie van de collectie.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

· het coachen, motiveren en begeleiden van de Store Crew

· het aansturen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de store

· klanten helpen en adviseren

· zorgen dat de store er iedere dag top uitziet

· nieuwe collectie presenteren en de store commercieel sterk neerzetten

· het openen en sluiten van de store

· het vervangen van de Storemanager wanneer dat nodig is

Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team kan groeien.

· ervaring heeft in retail

· energie krijgt van het coachen van mensen

· verantwoordelijkheid neemt

· enthousiast wordt van fashion

· graag samenwerkt en anderen laat groeien
