Il y a quelques années, l'un de nos fondateurs a déclaré qu'un client devait pouvoir faire ses achats chez America Today sans se retrouver face à un vendeur désagréable qui mâche du chewing-gum et vous répond sèchement en magasin. Nous sommes d'ailleurs toujours d'accord avec ça. Tu n'es pas ce genre de personne, mais plutôt un vendeur dynamique qui aime faire en sorte que chaque client se sente comme chez lui et qui prend plaisir à voir tout le monde quitter le magasin avec le sourire ? En quoi consiste ton travail en tant que vendeur(se)?

Déballer la nouvelle collection, aménager le magasin, veiller à ce que les cabines d'essayage restent propres et s'assurer que tout est impeccable. Derrière la caisse, tu es là, le sourire aux lèvres, pour que chaque client reparte satisfait.

En tant que visage du magasin, tu veilles à ce que les clients se sentent les bienvenus. Que tu aides à trouver le jean parfait, que tu donnes des conseils sur un sweat à capuche ou que tu discutes simplement, tu fais du shopping chez America Today une expérience agréable.

Le service te donne de l'énergie. Tu t'intéresses à la mode et tu aimes faire découvrir aux clients l'histoire qui se cache derrière notre collection.

Une belle tenue, c'est important, mais c'est l'expérience qui l'accompagne qui la rend parfaite !
