In this highly technical, hands-on role, you will serve as a technical architect, advisor, and AI engineering expert, helping development teams adopt AI-first engineering practices and modern AI coding technologies, including Claude Code, Windsurf, Codex, agentic AI solutions, NVIDIA technologies, and large language model (LLM) inference platforms.

You will play a critical role in accelerating enterprise AI adoption by designing production-grade AI solutions, improving developer productivity, strengthening software quality, and shortening development cycles. You will also help shape and scale foundational AI platforms and governance capabilities, including AI Gateway and Agent365.

As a force multiplier across engineering organizations, you will help teams move beyond AI experimentation and implement practical, repeatable, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Bring your bold ideas and fearless risk-taking to redefine connectivity and transform how the world shares stories and experiences that matter. When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future, you’ll create it.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
