Millaista rekrytoijan työ on aTalentilla? Rekrytoijien arki rullaa asiakasyritystemme ja hakijoiden välimaastossa. Rekrytoijan tavalliseen työpäivään kuuluu esimerkiksi asiakasyritysten konsultointia, hakijoiden työhaastatteluita ja rekrytointiprosessien projektinhallintaa. Teemme yhteistyötä hyvin erilaisten yritysten kanssa, mikä tarkoittaa sitä, että rekrytoijamme osaavat huomioida niin suurten yritysten kuin pienten startupien erityispiirteet sekä rekrytointiprosessien haasteet ja mahdollisuudet. Tämän lisäksi jokainen rekrytoijamme syventää ammattiosaamistaan toimialojemme mukaan: aTalentilla rekrytoimme korkeakoulutettuja osaajia vaihteleviin asiantuntijatehtäviin erilaisiin insinööritehtäviin, IT-alalle sekä monipuolisiin liiketoiminnan tehtäviin.

Asiakasvastuullisissa Recruitment Consultant ja Talent Sourcing Consultant-rooleissa työskenteleviltä odotamme tehtävään soveltuvaa korkeakoulututkintoa (amk tai yo) sekä aikaisempaa työkokemusta asiakasrajapinnassa työskentelystä. Lisäksi tehtävässä menestyy tavoitteellisella ja itseohjautuvalla työskentelyotteella sekä rohkealla ja aktiivisella asenteella. Toivomme rekrytoijiltamme myös hyvää paineensietokykyä sekä halua kehittyä rekrytoinnin ammattilaisena. Asiakasvastuulliset tehtävät edellyttävät kokoaikaista työskentelyä.

Recruitment Trainee ja Recruitment Coordinator -rooleissa työskennellään osa-aikaisesti opintojen ohella. Heistä löytyy tiimin tekemisen mahdollistava kullanarvoinen tuki, jossa kukin auttaa ja oppii siellä, missä heitä eniten tarvitaan. Pääasialliset työtehtävät liittyvät trainee-jaksolla työpaikkailmoitusten julkaisuun, hakujen markkinointiin työnhakijoille ja laadukkaaseen hakijaviestintään. Trainee-jakson edetessä pääsee myös osallistumaan monipuolisesti rekrytointiprosessin eri vaiheisiin, kuten työpaikkailmoitusten kirjoittamiseen ja hakijoiden arviointiin. Lisäksi koordinaattorimme pääsevät osallistumaan erilaisiin rekrytointitapahtumiin edustaen aTalentia sekä vastaamaan toimistomme yleisistä asioista.

Recruitment Traineen ja Recruitment Coordinatorin tehtävissä työajat vaihtelevat tarpeen mukaan, mutta edellytämme valmiutta työskennellä vähintään 15 tuntia viikossa. Lisäksi odotamme intoa ja kiinnostusta oppia rekrytoinnista sekä halua kehittyä tulevaisuuden huippurekrytoijaksi. Työskentelyotteelta traineet ja koordinaattorit ovat aktiivisia, oma-aloitteisia sekä joustavia työtehtäviä ja -aikoja kohtaan. Tehtävä edellyttää palveluasennetta, sosiaalista rohkeutta sekä sopeutumiskykyä muuttuviin tilanteisiin.

Kaikki rekrytoinnin työtehtävämme edellyttävät sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen osaamista.
