darbam dienas aprūpes centrā personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.

Galvenie darba pienākumi:

  • Vadīt sociālos gadījumus un dokumentēt sociālā gadījuma vadīšanas procesu.
  • Izvērtēt klientu sociālās funkcionēšanas spējas, vajadzības un resursus.
  • Izstrādāt individuālos sociālās rehabilitācijas plānus, noteikt sasniedzamos mērķus un sekot to īstenošana.
  • Sniegt klientiem individuālas konsultācijas un nepieciešamo sociālo atbalstu.
  • Plānot, organizēt un vadīt brīvā laika aktivitātes, grupu nodarbības.
  • Organizēt un koordinēt klientu dalību pasākumos ārpus dienas aprūpes centra.
  • Sadarboties ar centra kolēģiem, klientu tuviniekiem un citiem speciālistiem klientu sociālās rehabilitācijas procesā.

Prasības pretendentiem:

  • Sociālā darbinieka kvalifikācija vai sociālā darba pēdējā kursa students,
  • Zināšanas par sociālo pakalpojumu jomu regulējošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem un prasme tajos orientēties.
  • Spēja patstāvīgi plānot un organizēt savu darbu.
  • Labas komunikācijas, sadarbības un komandas darba prasmes.
  • Augsta saskarsmes kultūra un empātija darbā ar klientiem.
