Shift: Days (3x12s) Ratios: 1:5, chance for 1:6-7 Years of Experience REQ: 2 years experience required in a hospital setting, no travel experience if over 4 years; Weekend REQ: Yes; 3 weekend shifts per 6 weeks Certs REQ: BLS & ACLS required; NIH preferred. Is on-call REQ: No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals Accepted: Yes Pending License Accepted: No

Guaranteed Hours: 36 GWW Special Requirements: Cardiac (need self-rating of 3 or above); basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above), All of our units may care for patients with mental health diagnoses Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Altered mental status, CHF, stroke, ortho, surgical patients, DKA, infections
