  • Ensure approved work is entered into the system of record and delivered in accordance with established scope, schedule and budget.
  • Oversee the delivery of routed work, including turnarounds and outages.
  • Ensure compliance with EnPower standards and procedures including PPMP and MOC requirements.

Area #3 – Asset Performance, Reliability and Sustaining Capital

Accountable for improving asset reliability, availability and lifecycle value through coordinated asset management, maintenance, reliability and sustaining capital strategies.

  • Develop asset lifecycle plans aligned with Technical Services Asset Integrity Plans, balancing safety, compliance, reliability, cost and long-term value.
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset health, reliability and maintenance strategies; including preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance.

  • Establish and report KPIs for reliability, availability, asset health, cost and work delivery
  • Apply data analytics and emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, where they provide practical value.

Area #4 – Cross-Functional Integration

Accountable for integrating engineering, maintenance and asset performance activities across Operations and enabling functions to support coordinated decision-making and effective work delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
