Bei unserer Auftraggeberin übernimmst du die operative und strategische Verantwortung. Du entwickelst Wachstumsperspektiven, bringst dein Team weiter und stehst selbst im Verkauf: Du gehst aktiv auf Kunden zu, erkennst Chancen und führst Beratungsgespräche zum Abschluss.

Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein im Schweizer Markt etabliertes Unternehmen und Teil einer international tätigen Gruppe. Für ihre weitere Entwicklung suchen wir eine eigenständige, tatkräftige Persönlichkeit. Ob du bereits ein Unternehmen oder einen Geschäftsbereich führst oder aus dem erfolgreichen B2C\-Verkauf mehr Verantwortung übernehmen möchtest: Entscheidend sind dein unternehmerisches Denken und deine Bereitschaft, persönlich Verkaufserfolge zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die operative und kommerzielle Verantwortung für das Schweizer Geschäft. Als treibende im Verkauf gewinnst du selbst Kunden und erzielst Abschlüsse
  • Gemeinsam mit der internationalen Gruppe entwickelst du die Geschäfts\- und Wachstumsstrategie für die kommenden Jahre. Du beurteilst Marktpotenziale, erschliesst neue Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und setzt die vereinbarten Initiativen eigenständig um.
  • Du entwickelst die Kundengewinnung und direkte Ansprache weiter und sorgst dafür, dass aus qualifizierten Leads erfolgreiche Abschlüsse werden
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team, lebst aktiven Verkauf vor und steuerst die Ergebnisse anhand klarer Ziele und aussagekräftiger KPIs
  • Du verbesserst das Kundenerlebnis vom Erstkontakt bis zum Service und schaffst effiziente Prozesse und Strukturen, die weiteres Wachstum ermöglichen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im aktiven Verkauf mit und kannst persönliche, messbare Verkaufserfolge vorweisen
  • Du weisst, über welche Kanäle du potenzielle Kunden erreichst, und entwickelst gezielte Massnahmen zur Leadgenerierung
  • Du erkennst Geschäftspotenziale und verbindest strategischen Weitblick mit operativer Tatkraft. Ob am Messestand, beim Kundenbesuch oder in der direkten Neukundenansprache: Du ergreifst selbst die Initiative und packst mit an.
  • Du kannst Menschen begeistern, gibst Orientierung und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für ein Team
  • Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch, ösisch und Englisch
