The posting

Au sein du service achat et en collaboration avec le service montage et le service dépannage, sous la supervision du Responsable achats, vous gérez et optimisez la gestion des stocks (entrées et sorties des marchandises) pour minimiser le niveau de stocks sans risquer la rupture. Vous aurez en charge de gérer les magasiniers.Vos tâches et missions :Vous gérez les différents stocks à partir d'un programme informatisé :• Organisation des stocks : classement et rangement du matériel commandé de façon ordonnée et logique• Visualisation et optimisation du flux de marchandises• Approvisionnement des stocks• Contrôle de l'accès aux stocks• Propreté des stocks et du parc de recyclage• Mise en place des inventaires mensuels et annuelsVous supervisez et contrôlez les entrées et sorties de stock :• Réceptions et livraisons de matériel, équipements, fournitures, etc.• Contrôle de la qualité de la marchandise reçue• Remontée et signalement des problèmes• Transmission de l'arrivée de la commande au bon serviceVous préparez le matériel à livrer / pour les chantiers :• Vérification du matériel pour chaque chantier• Préparation des éléments annexes et de l'approvisionnement en consommablesVotre profil :• Expérience minimale de 5 ans comme gestionnaire des stocks / magasinier• Excellentes connaissances de la gestion des espaces et du stock• Bonnes connaissances des logiciels de gestion et d'inventaire• Connaissance du domaine de la fermeture extérieure / serrurerie (atout)• Sens de l'organisation, de la planification et des priorités• Être réactif et doté d'un sens inné de l'adaptation• Faire preuve de persévérance• Être résistant au stress• Suivi des formations continues sur les produits et techniques en constante évolution dans le secteur de la menuiserie extérieure / serrurerie• Suivi des formations sur les processus et procédures internes de la société• Respecter ses supérieurs hiérarchiques et ses collègues• Maîtrise du français, du luxembourgeois et de l'allemand• Connaissance des logiciels bureautiques et du réseau partagé : Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat• Adhésion aux valeurs de l'entrepriseNous vous proposons :• Un contrat CDI plein temps (40h/semaine)• Une formation à nos méthodes et organisation• Des conditions de travail attractives• Un travail varié au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique
