Ab November 2026 verstärkst du unser Team als engagierte Servicekraft (m/w/d) bei Das Phantom der Oper. Freue dich auf abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben: an unseren Foyertheken, als Garderobenkraft und bei der Saalwache – und sei ein Teil Mystischer Theatermomente!

Was wir dir anvertrauen

  • Du verkaufst und bereitest Getränke und Speisen fachgerecht und serviceorientiert zu
  • Du übernimmst Garderobentätigkeiten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf für unsere Gäste
  • Du kontrollierst Tickets und gewährleistest Ordnung und Aufsicht im Theatersaal
  • Du betreust unsere Gäste im Rahmen des Tischservices in der Lounge mit Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität

Was dich ausmacht

  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung mit und hast Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Du trittst offen, freundlich und stets professionell auf
  • Du zeigst zeitliche Flexibilität und bist bereit, auch abends, an Wochenenden oder an Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt Kolleg*innen und trägst zu einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Gastronomie oder Theater gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
