Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
