Als leerkracht Expressie en techniek binnen scholencampus VOX zijn jouw kerntaken:

1. Voorbereiden van de lessen

Je plant en bereidt je lessen voor op basis van de leerplandoelen, de beginsituatie van de leerlingen, doordachte werkvormen, sterke klasorganisatie, differentiatie en evaluatie.

2. Lesgeven

Je geeft krachtige, doelgerichte instructie in een veilig en gestructureerd klasklimaat, maakt leerdoelen zichtbaar, differentieert bewust, gebruikt passende werkvormen en sluit elke les af met een reflectiemoment.

3. Leerlingenbegeleiding en bewaken van gelijke onderwijskansen

Je volgt leerlingen systematisch op, motiveert en ondersteunt hen in leren en welzijn en stimuleert zelfsturing en reflectie. Je werkt inclusief, gebruikt het LVS correct en signaleert tijdig volgens de zorgprocedures.

4. Actieve deelname aan vakgroep en werkgroep

Je stemt samen de leerlijnen, materialen, inrichting van de leeromgeving, zorg, differentiatie, evaluaties en pedagogische uitstappen af in de vakgroep om samenhang en maximale leerwinst voor de leerlingen te verzekeren.

Je werkt samen acties, voorstellen en verbeterinitiatieven uit binnen de werkgroep om actief bij te dragen aan het schoolbeleid en de kwaliteitsontwikkeling.

  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, samenwerken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid waar nodig.
  • Je bent veerkrachtig en bereid om levenslang te leren.
  • Je werkt doelgericht, gestructureerd en leerlinggericht.
  • Je bent sterk in klasmanagement en communicatie.
  • Je bent open, reflectief en inzetbaar binnen een groei‑ en leercultuur.
  • Je beschikt over het juiste bekwaamheidsbewijs.
