  • Collaborate with analysts, strength & conditioning staff, sports medicine, mental performance, and nutrition teams to optimize pitcher performance.
  • Use advanced tools (i.e., TrackMan, Rapsodo, Hawkeye, Edgertronic, motion capture, biomechanics reports) to evaluate and support player development.
  • Interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching interventions.
  • Partner with the analytics team on research projects related to workload management, pitch design, mechanics, injury prevention, and performance improvement.
  • Travel regularly to minor league affiliates, complex facilities, and Spring Training.
  • Participate in Spring Training, mini-camps, instructional league, and other player development programs as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
