The posting

Voor het applicatielandschap van Zwitserleven zoeken wij een ervaren Tester / Testanalist die verantwoordelijk is voor het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en vastleggen van ketentesten, functionele testen en regressietesten binnen een complex IT-landschap. De focus ligt op het borgen van de kwaliteit van wijzigingen en het verifiëren van de correcte werking van interfaces en gegevensuitwisseling tussen applicaties.

Context

Het applicatielandschap bestaat onder andere uit de volgende componenten:

  • Deelnemer- en Werkgeversportalen
  • Backoffice systemen Vactas en Lifetime
  • Datahub Contract en Persoon
  • Output-, documentgeneratie- en archiefoplossingen
  • API Management-platform voor de communicatie tussen interne applicaties en externe systemen

Binnen dit landschap vinden doorlopend wijzigingen plaats waarbij bestaande ESB-koppelingen worden vervangen door API-gedreven integraties. Daarnaast worden regelmatig functionele wijzigingen doorgevoerd in Vactas en andere kernsystemen die impact kunnen hebben op de aangesloten applicaties en portalen.

Wij zijn Athora Netherlands, een verzekeringsbedrijf met de bekende merken Zwitserleven en Reaal. Wij houden ons voornamelijk bezig met pensioenen en levensverzekeringen op de Nederlandse markt. Dat doen wij als onderdeel van een Europese groep met vestigingen in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, België, Duitsland en Italië. Wij zijn een sterk bedrijf met ruim één miljoen klanten en wij willen de komende jaren doorgroeien tot een van de belangrijkste spelers in de snel veranderende pensioenmarkt.

Wat ga je doen?

De Tester / Testanalist is verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Opstellen en onderhouden van testscenario’s, testgevallen en testscripts.
  • Uitvoeren van functionele testen, systeemtesten, ketentesten en regressietesten.
  • Valideren van de werking van nieuw gerealiseerde API-koppelingen ter vervanging van bestaande ESB-services.
  • Verifiëren van correcte gegevensuitwisseling tussen de verschillende applicaties binnen de keten.
  • Controleren van de impact van wijzigingen in Vactas op de deelnemer- en werkgeversportalen.
  • Analyseren, registreren en opvolgen van bevindingen en defecten.
  • Afstemmen met business analisten, ontwikkelaars, product owners en beheerders over testresultaten en risico’s.
  • Ondersteunen bij acceptatietesten en vrijgaveadviezen richting productie.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Wij zoeken een professional met:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Tester of Testanalist binnen complexe applicatielandschappen.
  • Ervaring met ketentesten en integratietesten.
  • Kennis van API-testen en berichtenverkeer tussen systemen.
  • Ervaring met regressietesten en impactanalyses.
  • Ervaring met testen in de pensioensector.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor kwaliteit. Ervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening of pensioendomein is een pré.
  • Kennis van systemen zoals Vactas, Lifetime, portaaloplossingen en API-platformen is een pré.

Resultaat

De opdracht is succesvol uitgevoerd wanneer de kwaliteit van wijzigingen aantoonbaar is geborgd, ketens correct functioneren, nieuwe API-integraties stabiel werken en eventuele regressie-effecten tijdig zijn geïdentificeerd en opgelost voordat wijzigingen naar productie worden gebracht.
