The posting

La direction Life Operations gère les dossiers d’assurance vie de nos clients, tant pour les entreprises que pour les particuliers. Au sein de cette direction, le département Life Retail & SME se concentre sur les assurances individuelles et destinées aux indépendants.

L’équipe est composée d’une vingtaine de collègues qui n’attendent plus que vous !

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Gestionnaire Life Retail & SME – Émission & Gestion, vous êtes responsable de l’émission des contrats d’assurance vie, depuis la proposition jusqu’à leur gestion tout au long de leur cycle de vie, en passant par le contrôle de leur conformité et le respect de la législation AML.

À ce titre, vous êtes notamment chargé de :

  • Émettre les nouveaux contrats ;
  • Contrôler le respect de la législation AML durant tout le cycle de vie des contrats ;
  • Appliquer les modifications nécessaires ou demandées aux contrats existants : modifications des primes (y compris le respect de la règle des 80 %), transformations de contrats, gestion Sigedis ;
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements de primes ;
  • Traiter les demandes des clients et des courtiers par téléphone et par écrit ;
  • Partager avec les équipes commerciales toute information utile (opportunités, changements, problèmes, etc.) ;
  • Accompagner ponctuellement les Sales Managers lors d’événements destinés aux courtiers.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en assurances, en comptabilité ou en économie, ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente dans l’un de ces domaines ;
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans les assurances vie, idéalement en assurances individuelles ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou le néerlandais et possédez une très bonne connaissance de l’autre langue nationale. Vous communiquez aisément tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
  • Vous êtes orienté client et solutions ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et orienté résultats ;
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter des délais serrés ;
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et prenez des initiatives ;
  • Vous avez naturellement l’esprit d’équipe.
