Responsabilidades

  • Apoio ao time comercial, atendendo solicitações dos vendedores e acompanhando pendências.
  • Cadastro e atualização de clientes no sistema.
  • Conferência de dados cadastrais, fiscais e comerciais antes da emissão de documentos.
  • Elaboração e conferência de orçamentos e propostas comerciais.
  • Apoio na emissão de contratos, conferindo informações, valores, produtos, prazos e condições de
  • pagamento.
  • Envio e acompanhamento de contratos para assinatura.
  • Controle de documentos de clientes e contratos.
  • Acompanhamento das etapas do processo comercial, cobrando pendências das áreas envolvidas.
  • Interface com Crédito, Fiscal, Financeiro, Logística e Comercial para conclusão das solicitações.
  • Atualização de informações no CRM/ERP, garantindo que os registros estejam corretos.
  • Acompanhamento de alterações contratuais, aditivos, renovações e solicitações do cliente.
  • Organização de controles e relatórios do BackOffice.
  • Suporte pós-venda administrativo, direcionando demandas para as áreas responsáveis.
  • Cumprimento dos prazos/SLA definidos para atendimento e emissão contratual.

REquisitos

  • Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Analise desenvolvimento de sistema ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, comerciais ou imobiliárias será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento básico em contratos (leitura, conferência de documentos e validação de dados).
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de CRM (HubSpot) e pacote Office (principalmente Excel).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes, especialmente para controle de prazos e documentos.
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas e cumprir processos.
  • Perfil proativo e colaborativo para suporte às áreas internas e clientes.
