Consultor Administrativo em Ribeirão Preto, SP.

Esta é uma ótima oportunidade para quem deseja se desenvolver na área de atendimento.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar o cadastramento, atualização e manutenção de dados de clientes (Pessoa Física e Jurídica) nos sistemas internos;
  • Executar e monitorar os processos de baixa de retirada (projetos automáticos e por medição), garantindo precisão no registro e comunicação com o setor de faturamento.
  • Realizar interface ativa com áreas de faturamento, operação e gestão para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a padronização dos processos administrativos.
  • Gerar e acompanhar aditivos contratuais com novo orçamento ou manutenção de orçamento, desde a criação no Protheus até a formalização e envio para assinatura digital via ClickSign.
  • Atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle, assegurando a integridade dos dados financeiros e contratuais.
  • Controlar prazos de inicialização e deadline de solicitações, acionando responsáveis e registrando justificativas nos sistemas conforme procedimento.
  • Prestar suporte técnico e funcional às áreas internas quanto a dúvidas relacionadas a cadastros e processos correlatos

REQUISITOS

  • Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office;
  • Curso superior completo ou cursando em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com rotinas administrativas;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas integrados (ERP, sistemas de chamados ou workflow);
  • Boa capacidade de escuta e resolução de problemas;
  • Boa postura, organização, atenção e proatividade.
