  • Conduzir todo o processo de prospecção, recrutamento e seleção de profissionais comerciais, consultores e representantes. Mapear perfis e comportamentos (DISC/Profiler) adequados à cultura e às metas de performance da empresa. Realizar entrevistas estratégicas e avaliações comportamentais, identificando talentos com potencial de alta conversão e engajamento. Desenvolver e aplicar estratégias de captação ativa (LinkedIn, redes sociais, indicações, parcerias, grupos de WhatsApp, eventos etc.). Criar e manter um pipeline de talentos alinhado ao plano de expansão da empresa. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos recrutados e aplicar feedbacks e planos de desenvolvimento. Garantir a integração e ativação comercial dos novos integrantes, conduzindo treinamentos iniciais e acompanhamento nos primeiros ciclos. Ser o elo entre a estratégia comercial e a cultura organizacional, garantindo que cada contratação fortaleça o posicionamento da marca.
