Resumen del Puesto**

El Supervisor de Producción II supervisa y coordina las actividades diarias del personal de producción para garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de fabricación, los estándares de calidad y la seguridad operativa.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Supervisar y dirigir al personal de producción, asignando tareas, brindando capacitación y evaluando el desempeño. * Asegurar que los procesos de producción cumplan con las especificaciones de diseño, los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs) y los requisitos de calidad. * Monitorear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) de producción, como la eficiencia, el rendimiento y la calidad, e implementar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario. * Colaborar con otros departamentos, como ingeniería, calidad y mantenimiento, para resolver problemas de producción y mejorar los procesos. * Garantizar un ambiente de trabajo seguro y el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y regulaciones de seguridad. * Participar en la planificación de la producción y la programación de turnos para optimizar la utilización de recursos. * Resolver problemas operativos diarios, incluyendo averías de equipos y escasez de materiales. * Implementar y mantener programas de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc.). * Preparar informes de producción diarios, semanales y mensuales.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**

* Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Operaciones, o campo relacionado. * Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en supervisión de producción en un entorno de manufactura, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico o médico. * Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad demostrada para motivar y desarrollar equipos. * Conocimiento de metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S). * Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP/MRP. * Habilidad para interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas. * Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y resolución de problemas. * Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión. * Nivel de inglés B2+ o superior (requisito indispensable).
