Valorizamos profissionais que tenham paixão pela hospitalidade e queiram crescer dentro de um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador.Atuação como Analista de Vendas de Grupos, focado em negociação, conversão e toda tratativa referente à demanda de grupos de 3 hotéis: Radisson Alphaville, Comfort Suites Alphaville, Quality Suites Alphaville.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender as ligações conforme padrões de atendimento e conversão de grupos;Dar todas as informações aos clientes durante toda negociação do grupo até o fechamento;Enviar solicitações de grupos para outros hotéis da rede, quando não houver disponibilidade na unidade;Eventualmente apoiar as demais áreas operacionais do empreendimento como recepção e eventos;Executar suas tarefas com exatidão, clareza e em conformidade com as políticas e padrões da companhia;Garantir a correta inserção de grupos no sistema PMS;Gerar leads/oportunidades para equipe comercial/receitas do prédio sempre que necessário;Realizar, quando necessário, site inspection com clientes;Realizar interface com Recepção e Eventos sempre que necessário para garantir a correta estada dos hóspedes;Realizar negociações de reservas para grupos;Realizar follow up das negociações de grupos;Manter a equipe de vendas informada das negociações de grupos vigentes nas unidades;Trabalhar de forma estratégica na oferta de receitas adicionais ao grupo, como Upselling, Early Check-in, Late Check-out, restaurante, entre outros;Inserção de rooming list dos grupos;Confecção e envio de Ordem de Serviços aos departamentos envolvidos na operação de grupos;Controle de negociações de grupos em sistema e/ou planilha de controle;Realizar o fechamento dos grupos confirmados.
