Acompanhar o processo de RFPs da unidade, garantindo o fluxo de criação de tarifas pontuais Apresentar aos hóspedes e clientes intermediários sempre as melhores opções de reserva, dentro das condições e estratégias do dia Atender as ligações conforme padrões de atendimento e conversão de reservas Conferir as reservas que migram de canais terceiros para o PMS e realizar ajustes necessários, conforme padrão da companhia Dar todas as informações aos clientes no ato da reserva Enviar solicitações de reservas para outros hotéis da rede, quando houver ou quando não houver possibilidade de acomodação na unidade Eventualmente apoiar as demais áreas operacionais do empreendimento Executar suas tarefas com exatidão, clareza e em conformidade com as políticas e padrões da companhia Garantir a correta inserção de reservas no sistema PMS, conforme procedimento descrito no manual de reservas Gerar leads/oportunidades para equipe comercial/receitas do prédio sempre que necessário Inserir contratos de tarifa acordo no sistema primário, conforme negociações de vendas e garantir o processo completo até visualização do cliente Preparar a lista de check-in's diários do dia seguinte Realizando, quando necessário, site inspection com clientes Realizar interface com Recepção e Eventos sempre que necessário para garantir a correta estada dos hóspedes Realizar negociações de reservas para grupos Solicitar a inserção de tarifas pontuais quando necessário e acompanhar a criação da mesma, bem como sua liberação para o cliente Trabalhar de forma estratégica na oferta de receitas adicionais à reserva, como Upselling, Early Check-in, Late Check-out, restaurante, entre outros. Verificar disponibilidades para abrir ou fechar os canais de vendas, evitando overbookingResponsabilidades e atribuições• Apoiar o processo de envio, recebimento e conferencia de documentação.• Auxiliar no processo de controller de contratos e termos de adesão.• Apoiar a atualização do banco de dados cadastrais.• Auxiliar o processo de controle do portal online.• Auxiliar o atendimento telefônico e de e-mail.Informações adicionais• Seguro de Vida• Vale Transporte
