AAI est un acteur reconnu de la protection incendie par extinction automatique à eau (sprinkler). Dans le cadre du développement de son activité Travaux Neufs, nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) expérimenté(e) pour développer les affaires auprès des acteurs de la construction, de l'industrie et de la logistique.

Vos missions

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients et prescripteurs.
  • Identifier les projets de construction neuve, d'extension et de remise en conformité.
  • Analyser les appels d'offres et définir des solutions techniques.
  • Élaborer et négocier les offres technico-commerciales.
  • Assurer le suivi des offres commerciales (mises à jour, modifications et relances) jusqu'à la décision du client.
  • Développer un réseau auprès des maîtres d'ouvrage, promoteurs, entreprises générales, contractants généraux et bureaux d'études.

Votre profil

  • Formation technique initiale (CVC, fluides, énergétique, plomberie, électricité, génie climatique, protection incendie ou équivalent) ou expérience significative dans ces domaines.
  • Expérience réussie dans la vente de solutions techniques liées au second œuvre ou aux lots techniques du bâtiment.
  • Bonne connaissance des donneurs d'ordre régionaux et nationaux et des cycles de vente en mode projet.
  • Excellent relationnel, autonomie et goût du développement commercial.
