Vi arbetar med stort fokus på kvalitet, kundnöjdhet och personlig service. Nu söker vi en engagerad och resultatinriktad säljare som vill bli en del av vårt team och bidra till företagets fortsatta utveckling. Om rollen Som säljare hos oss arbetar du främst med varma kundkontakter, det vill säga kunder som redan har visat intresse för våra tjänster. Du ansvarar för att kontakta kunder, identifiera deras behov, presentera våra tjänster och följa upp offerter. Rollen omfattar hela försäljningsprocessen, från första kundkontakt till bekräftad bokning. Dina arbetsuppgifter Kontakta och följa upp kunder via telefon och e-post.

Hantera inkommande förfrågningar och kundärenden.

Upprätta, skicka och följa upp offerter.

Omvandla kundförfrågningar till bokningar.

Säkerställa korrekt hantering av kunduppgifter och bokningsbekräftelser.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ, ansvarstagande och har ett starkt intresse för försäljning. Du arbetar självständigt, är strukturerad och har förmågan att skapa förtroende hos kunder. Vi ser gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av försäljning eller kundservice.

Är målmedveten, noggrann och lösningsorienterad.

Har god datorvana och administrativ förmåga.

Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
