  • Ensure database availability, integrity, and reliability through automated monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch, RDS metrics, and custom PeopleSoft health checks.
  • Design and implement resilient AWS RDS backup and recovery strategies leveraging automated backups, point-in-time recovery, cross-region snapshot replication, and scheduled restore-validation to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.

  • Troubleshoot database issues, including slow queries, locks, PeopleSoft metadata inconsistencies, and cross-tier performance bottlenecks.
  • Deliver off-hours production support with fast, targeted AD-HOC troubleshooting to restore service stability and resolve critical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, architecture, configurations, and operational runbooks.

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises, including High Availability architecture implementation for PeopleSoft (Multi-AZ, failover testing, DB redundancy, autoscaling alignment).
  • Adapt to rapid changes in requirements, tooling, and security mandates while maintaining accuracy in SQL audit reports, compliance artifacts, and operational deliverables.

You Have:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
