Position Overview
We are seeking an Intern Trainee who is eager to learn, develop, and build a career in the IT and Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry. Atlas Technica’s Intern Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on development opportunity designed to build the foundational technical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-service skills needed to progress toward a Systems Engineering career.
During the 90-day program, Intern Trainees will receive training and practical exposure to IT service delivery while working closely with experienced Atlas Technica professionals. Participants will gain experience supporting users, troubleshooting technical issues, working within a ticketing environment, and learning how technology is delivered to clients within the alternative investment industry.
Successful completion of the program will be based on demonstrated technical growth, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and positive feedback from trainers, colleagues, and clients. Individuals who successfully complete the trainee program may progress into an Intern role and be considered for future advancement toward a Junior Systems Engineer position based on continued performance, readiness, and business needs.
