Dia-a-Dia: Orientação para o Cliente e Resultados

O seu foco será na gestão de uma carteira ativa e na prospeção de novas oportunidades de negócio, mantendo sempre o compromisso com o cliente:

  • Gestão de Clientes e Imóveis: Utilizar a carteira de clientes ativa e consolidada da empresa para desenvolver novas transações.
  • Prospeção Ativa: Angariação de novos imóveis e identificação de potenciais clientes.
  • Atendimento ao Cliente: Desenvolver e nutrir o relacionamento com os clientes, prestando um serviço de excelência.
  • Gestão do Ciclo de Vendas: Acompanhamento de todas as fases da transação imobiliária, desde a angariação até ao fecho do negócio, com elevado sentido de responsabilidade e rigor.
  • Autonomia: Gosto por desafios e capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia, organização e foco em objetivos ambiciosos.

Requirements

Procuramos candidatos que partilhem a nossa atitude positiva e que possuam as seguintes

● Formação / Experiência: Experiência em vendas, funções comerciais ou atendimento ao cliente será valorizada, mas não é obrigatória experiência prévia no setor imobiliário.

● Comunicação e Empatia: Excelente capacidade de comunicação e forte inteligência interpessoal (empatia).

● Atitude Empreendedora: Espírito empreendedor e gosto por desafios.

● Apresentação: Apresentação pessoal cuidada e profissional, compatível com o setor.

● Idiomas: Fluência obrigatória em Português (o domínio de outros idiomas não é obrigatório).

● Mobilidade (Mandatório): Viatura própria e total disponibilidade.

● Local de Residência (Mandatório): Os candidatos devem residir próximo de um dos escritórios, nos concelhos correspondentes:
