Als gemeinnütziges Klimaschutzunternehmen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und NGO ist unser Hauptgeschäft die CO₂-Kompensation mit dem Aufbau von eigenen erneuerbaren Energie-Projekten in Ländern des globalen Südens. Dazu kommt die Beratung von Unternehmen mit grünen Energielösungen, Tools sowie die Erstellung spezialisierter Software. Unser Büro in Berlin Neukölln mit 40 Mitarbeitern, sowie die Country Manager und Partnerunternehmen u.a. in Europa, Asien und Afrika bilden die Basis für erfolgreichen Klimaschutz und vielfaches Abschneiden als Qualitätsmarktführer. Hinter atmosfair steht ein Beirat mit Vertretern von Umwelt-NGOs und dem BMU, hochrangige Schirmherren aus Politik und Wissenschaft, sowie prominente Unterstützer.

Ökologischer Bundesfreiwilligendienst Business Development (d/m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Identifikation, Ansprache und Kontaktpflege von Kooperationspartnern, (z.B. CO₂-Kompensation von Veranstaltungen inkl. Unterstützung bei Berechnung und Umsetzung), bei der Entwicklung von Informations- und Marketing-Kampagnen an Privat- und Unternehmenskunden und generell Mithilfe bei Klimaschutzaktivitäten in Deutschland
  • Unterstützung bei Anfragen von (kleineren) Kooperationspartnern und privaten Spendern
  • Mithilfe bei Marketing und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Repräsentation von atmosfair auf kleineren Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung, Interesse und persönliche Motivation im und für den Bereich Klimaschutz, CSR und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), auch Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) und idealerweise CMS-Systeme ( WordPress),
  • Eigenständiges, sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten,
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Humor,
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse,
  • Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Vertrieb und Business Development sind hilfreich, Bereitschaft und Begeisterung dafür, Klimaschutzprodukte zu vertreiben, um Klimaschutz vor Ort bezahlen zu können, ist notwendig.
  • Mindestalter: 25 Jahre
