Als gemeinnütziges Klimaschutzunternehmen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und NGO ist unser Hauptgeschäft die CO₂-Kompensation mit dem Aufbau von eigenen erneuerbaren Energie-Projekten in Ländern des globalen Südens. Dazu setzen wir auf Technologiepartnerschaften mit führenden Herstellern aus der ganzen Welt. Begleitend dazu unterstützt atmosfair Unternehmen bei ihrer Klimastrategie und der Auswahl grüner Energielösungen sowie mit der Erstellung spezialisierter Software zur Emissionsberechnung.

Unser Büro in Berlin mit 50 Mitarbeitern, unsere Zweigstelle in Barcelona, sowie weitere 50 Country Manager, Partner- und Tochterunternehmen u.a. in Europa, Asien und Afrika bilden die Basis für erfolgreichen Klimaschutz und seit 20 Jahren ununterbrochenes Abschneiden als Testsieger bei Stiftung Warentest und anderen deutschen und internationalen Verbraucherorganisationen. Mit mehreren Mio. Tonnen CO2-Einsparung jährlich, sowie unserer Präsenz in überregionalen Reichweitenmedien (Zeitungen und Fernsehen) steht atmosfair bei Verbrauchern im Markt als bekannte Marke für den Inbegriff von Qualität und Integrität im freiwilligen Kohlenstoffmarkt.

Hinter atmosfair steht ein Beirat mit Vertretern von Umwelt-NGOs und den klimarelevanten Ministerien der Bundesregierung (BMUKN, Auswärtiges Amt, BMZ), hochrangige Schirmherren aus Politik und Wissenschaft wie z.B. Prof. Dr. Mojib Latif, sowie prominente Unterstützer wie Dr. Eckart von Hirschhausen.

Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich

Ökologischer Bundesfreiwilligendienst Klimaschutz-Projekte (d/m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Recherche von länder- und technologiespezifischen Informationen, zur besseren Anpassung der Klimaschutzprojekte an die lokalen Gegebenheiten.
  • Zuarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Konzeption von CDM-GoldStandard-Klimaschutzprojekten, insbesondere, um die Zusatznutzen (Know-how Transfer etc.) weiter zu verbessern
  • Zuarbeit bei der Berechnung der Kennzahlen verschiedener Klimamanagementkonzepte (Unternehmens- und Produktfußabdrücke, Science Based Targets, GHG Protokoll)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Texten, Flyern und anderen Präsentationsmaterialien zur Darstellung der Klimaschutzprojekte für Unternehmens- und PrivatspenderInnen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Technischer Umweltschutz, Naturwissenschaften oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung, Interesse und persönliche Motivation im und für den Bereich Klimaschutz, CSR und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), auch Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) und idealerweise CMS-Systeme ( WordPress),
  • Eigenständiges, sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten,
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Humor,
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Mindestalter: 25 Jahre
