**About The Role

**As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful onboarding and delivery of customer projects from contract signature through service activation. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with Sales, Design, Operations, Construction, Security, Network Engineering, and Customer Success teams to manage customer implementations ranging from colocation deployments to complex infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure every implementation delivers an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities

**Customer Implementations & Project Delivery

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through service activation, delivery and handover.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management & Operational Readiness

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
  • Provide regular project updates, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and service activation activities.
  • Ensure successful handover to operational and customer success teams following project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with atNorth standards, customer requirements, and operational procedures.

**Your Profile

**We are looking for an experienced project delivery professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, customer implementation, or related roles.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects in data centers, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, technology, or other complex technical environments.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A structured and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English. Danish or another Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.
