Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? Our Vancouver studio is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team on a new season of one of our current projects!

Atomic Cartoons, a Blue Ant Studios company, is an award-winning, internationally renowned animation studio with teams in Vancouver, Ottawa, and Los Angeles. The animation studio has developed a stellar global reputation for its ability to translate big brands like LEGO, Star Wars, My Little Pony, CoComelon, and many more into top-notch animation, while also developing high-quality original Atomic productions like The Last Kids on Earth, Rocket Saves the Day, and Mermicorno: Starfall. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all asset and shot tasks to artists and production leadership.
  • Ensure Flow Production Tracking statuses and task assignments are updated and maintained.
  • Coordinate and package asset and shot deliveries, including submission documentation.
  • Document decisions and requests, and ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately.
  • Ensure department teams are clear on daily delivery objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams and production.
  • Communicate any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders and escalate to the Supervisor/Producers as needed.
  • Monitor progress and, issues and prepare reports if needed.
  • Ensure work is being approved, completed on time and to specification.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Prior experience coordinating on CG Animated series or features.
  • Experience with Flow Production Tracking.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Able to remain focused on the big picture without losing track of the details.
  • Able to take direction and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technically savvy and proficient.
  • Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • BC Residents are preferred for this role.

START DATE: September 2026

- Applicants must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2025 and be able to provide the appropriate supporting documents. - All Atomic employees in this role have the opportunity to work remotely within BC, artists within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland can also choose hybrid and in-studio options.

At Atomic Cartoons and Blue Ant Studios, we take into consideration a wide range of compensation factors including background, skills, location, and experience to determine competitive pay. In addition to competitive pay, this position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits including medical, GRSP, vacation pay, paid holiday break, paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Please note: This expected pay range is for British Columbia and is not applicable to locations outside of the province of British Columbia.

Wage ranges are based on a weekly rate.
