So trägst du zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg bei:

  • Tauche tief in unser Produkt ein und finde für jeden der sehr unterschiedlichen Anwendungsfälle unserer Kunden die optimale Lösung
  • Unsere Kunden sind dir für deinen Support per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat sehr dankbar
  • Als wichtigste Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Crewmeister qualifizierst du im Customer Service die Kundenanfragen zur weiteren Bearbeitung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösung
  • Du erkennst Upselling-Potential bei unseren Bestandskunden und stellst ihnen neue Produkte und Funktionen vor, die ihr Leben weiter erleichtern
  • Erkenne kontinuierlich Verbesserungspotenzial in unseren Prozessen und Tools, um Crewmeister somit aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst du am besten schon mit:

  • Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und dein Umgang mit Software und Internet ist sicher
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) - Englisch von Vorteil
  • Für dich ist die Arbeit im Team ein wahres Vergnügen
  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Mittlere Reife oder Abitur - Ausbildung oder Studium sind von Vorteil
  • Eine deiner Stärken ist gute Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast eine gute Portion Humor
  • Wenn du bereits für ein kleines Unternehmen, in dem Zeiterfassung oder Einsatzplanung relevant war, gearbeitet hast, bringst du ein gutes Verständnis für unsere Kunden mit.
