En Atrato http://www.atratopago.com somos una startup fintech enfocada en brindar herramientas financieras para comercios y consumidores finales con las cuales podamos hacer más accesibles productos y servicios para las personas de Latinoamérica.

Hoy tenemos 2 productos principales:

1. Atrato Pago es un financiamiento que le permite a nuestros comercios afiliados ofrecer sus productos y servicios en pagos mensuales o quincenales por hasta 24 meses y con montos que llegan hasta los 200,000 MXN.

2. Atrato Cash es un crédito personal que nuestros clientes pueden acceder una vez que hayan pagado una parte de su primer préstamo. La manera en la que funciona es muy sencilla, al ser un cliente Atrato, con tan solo algunos clicks puedes recibir un préstamo de hasta 200,000 MXN en tu cuenta de banco

SOBRE LA POSICIÓN

Como Customer Support Specialist en Atrato https://atratopago.com serás el principal punto de contacto para las preguntas y solicitudes de clientes y comercios, brindando un servicio excepcional y empático. Comprenderás sus necesidades para ofrecer soluciones eficientes y respuestas claras, además de colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar la mejor solución y experiencia posible

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

- Más de 8 meses de experiencia en servicio al cliente, gestionando distintos canales de comunicación escritos y llamadas.

- Experiencia en entornos de ritmo rápido y cambio constante.

- Ortografía, gramática y redacción impecables. Tienes la capacidad de redactar tanto en un tono formal como informal, y adaptarte al estilo de comunicación de la empresa.

- Te caracteriza una alta motivación y sabes trabajar bien en equipo.

- Posees gran inteligencia emocional y la habilidad para construir relaciones.

- Eres una persona muy organizada, capaz de resolver múltiples problemas simultáneamente y proporcionar una comunicación clara y concisa.

LO QUE HARÁS TÍPICAMENTE

  • Brindar soporte inmediato a las solicitudes recibidas por escrito, ya sea a través de chat, correo electrónico, widget web o llamadas telefónicas:
  • Dudas generales sobre Atrato
  • Proceso para crear una solicitud
  • Cancelaciones, entre otros temas

- Brindar soporte inmediato a las solicitudes generadas por el equipo interno a través de los canales de comunicación de la empresa.

- Demostrar excelentes habilidades de comunicación efectiva y empatía.

RANGO SALARIAL

Salario base: $10,000 MXN brutos

Comisiones de hasta $4,000 MXN brutos
