Vi söker Produktionsplanerare till Atria i Sköllersta.

Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som produktionsplanerare hos Atria arbetar du för att planera produktionsprocesserna för att nå optimal maskinkapacitet och leveranssäkerhet. Tjänsten länkar produktion och marknad. Du arbetar ständigt för att nå hög produktionseffektivitet, leveransförmåga och kostnadseffektivitet. Du jobbar i ett nära samarbete med produktionsavdelningar/produktionsledare och det är av stor vikt att du är lagspelare och duktig på att kommunicera. Rapportering sker till Produktionsplaneringschefen för Atria i Sköllersta. I rollen som produktionsplanerare kommer du bland annat att jobba med: · Körplanering av produktionslinjer · Anpassa och planera kampanjvolymer liksom nya lanseringsvolymer till produktionskapacitet och körplaner · Följa upp produktionsvolymerna dagligen på timnivå och omplanera när störning sker i produktionen · Säkerställa att planerade volymer körs i tid och rätt ordning, tex. allergener · Planera in produktionsstart för nya artiklar, lanseringar och säsongsartiklar · Kontrollera kapacitetstillgänglighet mot behov · Planering, skapande av tillverkningsorder och uppföljning. · Följa upp lagervolymer så att inga kassationer eller onödigt överskott uppstår

Kvalifikationer Vi ser gärna att du som söker har en relevant utbildning. Du har tidigare erfarenhet från produktionsplanering eller närliggande områden inom livsmedelsbranschen. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i ERP-system, gärna M3 eller liknande. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift. För att bli framgångsrik i rollen ser vi att du är metodisk, strukturerad och har god analysförmåga. Du är trygg att hantera flera olika ärenden samtidigt. Du är en välorganiserad person som kan lyssna och förmedla instruktioner på ett lättförståeligt sätt. Du kan förmedla dina beslut genom en saklig argumentation. Samt att du är en lagspelare i gruppen då många beslut fattas tillsammans för att uppnå bästa resultat/leverans. Stor vikt kommer att läggas på personligheten för att passa in i gruppen.
