About Us

Atria is an AI-powered ad creative workflow platform designed to help marketing teams produce winning ads more efficiently and improve performance across channels like Meta and TikTok. Atria is trusted by brands such as Perplexity, ClickUp, and Beehiiv, as well as leading agencies including Power Digital, Inspire Digital, and Disruptive Digital.

Atria has completed its angel round and is backed by several world-class venture capital firms, including Accel. Notable companies backed by Accel include Lovable, Facebook, Discord, Spotify, and Slack.

Role Overview

- You’ll build the frontend experiences that power Atria’s core product workflows, turning complex advertising logic, AI capabilities, and product intent into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.

- This is not a traditional front-end role focused only on implementation. We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand user needs, business logic, and product goals; drive features from rough intent to polished product outcomes, ship systems and workflows that improve product quality, user experience, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Build and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria’s core product workflows

- Translate ambiguous product intent, complex business logic, and AI capabilities into clear interaction models and implementation plans

- Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration

- Use AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and explore more effective ways of building product

- Operate with high ownership in a small team and independently push through complex, ambiguous problems

Qualifications

- Strong frontend engineering skills and the ability to independently deliver complex product features

- Strong ability to understand complex business logic and turn it into intuitive product and UX solutions

- Strong product sense: not just executing tickets, but identifying problems, filling in gaps, and helping drive decisions

- Good taste in interaction and product experience; able to create thoughtful and usable interfaces even without fully specified designs

- Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate both technical and product reasoning

- Comfortable using English for technical collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

- Experience with SaaS, AI products, data-heavy products, adtech/martech, or complex internal tools

- Experience building core workflows or product modules from 0 to 1

- Familiarity with advertising, landing pages, creative testing, marketing workflows, or related business domains

- Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or hybrid full-stack/product builder

What We Offer

- Fully remote environment with flexible schedule

- Competitive compensation and benefits

- Small team, high ownership, and direct involvement in key product and technical decisions

- Opportunity to grow alongside cutting-edge AI products and advertising technology

- Strong opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development

If you’re excited about building product experiences that go beyond UI implementation — and want your work to directly shape product quality, user experience, and business impact — we’d love to hear from you.

Kind reminder: No duplicate applications for the same role please. Thanks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
