Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário para atuar na região de Joinville/SC!

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Acessar periodicamente os portais das Prefeituras para localizar, emitir e baixar os boletos de IPTU dos imóveis da rede.
  • Organizar os documentos e manter o controle dos IPTUs por imóvel, município, competência e vencimento.
  • Efetuar o lançamento dos IPTUs no SAP, observando corretamente valores, vencimentos e parcelamentos.
  • Acompanhar os lançamentos parcelados e garantir que todas as parcelas estejam registradas e controladas.
  • Monitorar diariamente os vencimentos, priorizando as atividades conforme a proximidade do prazo.
  • Identificar boletos ainda não disponibilizados pelas Prefeituras e realizar as consultas necessárias.
  • Controlar pendências, divergências de valores, boletos vencidos e situações que necessitem de regularização.
  • Acompanhar a emissão e validade das CNDs municipais, identificando antecipadamente certidões próximas do vencimento ou impossibilitadas de emissão.
  • Registrar e acompanhar protocolos junto às Prefeituras quando houver pendências.
  • Manter planilhas e controles internos atualizados.
  • Comunicar imediatamente situações de risco, principalmente vencimentos próximos, débitos, indisponibilidade de boleto ou impossibilidade de emissão de CND.
  • Apoiar a equipe fiscal nas demandas relacionadas a tributos imobiliários.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando Administração, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente após treinamento inicial.
  • Boa capacidade de acompanhamento de prazos.
  • Atenção a detalhes
  • Senso de Organização

Diferencial:

  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e sites de diferentes Prefeituras.
  • Conhecimento básico de tributos municipais.
  • Familiaridade com portais de Prefeituras.
  • Experiência com controle de documentos e vencimentos.
