Vi söker en fysioterapeut till vårt HSL/LSS-team i Stockholm!

Om tjänsten

Vi söker en engagerad och ansvarstagande fysioterapeut till vårt HSL/LSS-team i Stockholm. I rollen arbetar du med att främja hälsa, rörelseförmåga, självständighet och livskvalitet hos personer inom LSS-verksamhet.

Du arbetar i nära samarbete med arbetsterapeut och sjuksköterskor i ett tvärprofessionellt team där ni tillsammans planerar och genomför insatser utifrån varje individs behov och förutsättningar.

Arbetet är varierande och innebär både självständiga bedömningar och ett nära samarbete med kollegor och övrig personal. Du besöker patienter i deras boenden och andra verksamheter, vilket innebär att bilkörning ingår i tjänsten.

Vi har kontor i Täby samt Kungens kurva.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Bedöma fysisk funktion, rörelseförmåga och behov av rehabiliterande insatser.
  • Planera, genomföra och följa upp fysioterapeutiska insatser.
  • Arbeta förebyggande för att främja hälsa, aktivitet och självständighet.
  • Handleda och instruera omsorgspersonal i exempelvis förflyttningar, träning och fysisk aktivitet.
  • Samverka med arbetsterapeut, sjuksköterskor och övriga yrkesgrupper kring patientens behov.
  • Dokumentera enligt gällande rutiner och lagstiftning.
  • Genomföra patientbesök på olika adresser i Stockholm, vilket innebär att du behöver kunna köra bil i tjänsten.

Vi söker dig som

  • Är legitimerad fysioterapeut.
  • Har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med människor med olika behov och förutsättningar.
  • Är trygg i din yrkesroll, strukturerad och ansvarstagande.
  • Har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med tvärprofessionellt teamarbete.
  • Kan arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ.
  • Har B-körkort.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska språket, tal-och skrift
  • God datorvana

Erfarenhet av arbete inom LSS, kommunal hälso- och sjukvård eller rehabilitering är meriterande.
