💼 SOBRE A VAGA Buscamos um(a) Analista de Crédito e Cobrança Pleno para atuar na gestão da carteira de clientes do varejo de energia solar por assinatura, contribuindo para a redução da inadimplência, recuperação de valores em aberto e melhoria dos processos de análise de crédito e cobrança. Procuramos um profissional analítico, organizado, com boa capacidade de negociação e foco em resultados, que saiba equilibrar a recuperação financeira com a manutenção de um bom relacionamento com os clientes.

📌 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES 💳 Realizar análises de crédito de novos clientes; 📊 Monitorar a inadimplência e o aging da carteira; 📞 Executar e acompanhar réguas de cobrança; 🤝 Negociar acordos, prazos e parcelamentos com clientes inadimplentes; 📋 Realizar inclusões e exclusões de clientes nos órgãos de proteção ao crédito, como SERASA; ✅ Acompanhar o cumprimento dos acordos firmados; 🔎 Identificar clientes reincidentes e situações de maior risco financeiro; ⚖️ Encaminhar casos para cobrança extrajudicial ou jurídica, quando necessário; 📈 Apoiar a melhoria das políticas de crédito e cobrança; 📑 Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da carteira; 🤝 Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Atendimento, Comercial, Financeiro, Faturamento e Jurídico.

🎓 REQUISITOS 📚 Ensino superior em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; 💼 Experiência em crédito, cobrança, recuperação financeira ou gestão de carteiras de clientes; 📊 Conhecimento em análise de crédito e indicadores de inadimplência; 💻 Excel intermediário ou avançado; 🗣️ Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.

⭐ DIFERENCIAIS ☀️ Experiência em empresas de serviços recorrentes, energia, telecomunicações, fintechs, bancos ou utilities; 🏢 Experiência com carteiras B2B e/ou B2C; 💻 Conhecimento em CRM, ferramentas de cobrança e análise de crédito; 📈 Experiência na construção e melhoria de políticas e réguas de cobrança.
