Buscamos um profissional de TI generalista, com perfil “mão na massa”, extremamente curioso e proativo.

Sendo o único profissional da área na agência, terá autonomia para gerenciar a infraestrutura, prestar suporte no dia a dia aos colaboradores (ambiente misto de Mac e Windows) e atuar como um verdadeiro Tech Concierge para os sócios da empresa, auxiliando desde configurações corporativas até o ecossistema tecnológico residencial deles.

🚀 Principais Responsabilidades: 🍎 1. Suporte VIP (Diretoria / Sócios):

📱 Ser o ponto focal para configuração, resolução de problemas e pareamento de dispositivos do ecossistema Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBooks). 🕶️ Configuração e suporte a gadgets tecnológicos de lançamentos (ex.: Ray-Ban smart glasses, wearables de saúde etc.). 🏠 Suporte residencial ocasional aos sócios para instalação e configuração de Smart TVs, sistemas de som, automação e redes domésticas. 💻 2. Helpdesk e Suporte aos Usuários:

🎨 Atendimento ao time criativo, com suporte a iMacs, macOS e pacote Adobe. 🖥️ Atendimento ao time administrativo, com suporte a PCs, Windows e pacote Microsoft Office. 🛠️ Resolução de problemas de software: destravar máquinas, limpeza de memória, mapeamento de pastas, instalação e atualização de programas. 📚 Suporte às plataformas de gestão da agência, com vontade e curiosidade para aprender o funcionamento do Notion (base de conhecimento) e do Publi Manager (SaaS Financeiro), prestando suporte de primeiro nível e acionando o fornecedor quando necessário. 🤖 Dar suporte básico de uso e acesso ao pacote de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial utilizadas na agência (Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, n8n etc.). A agência possui uma Gestora de IA; o papel do TI é garantir o funcionamento, acesso e ter curiosidade para apoiar. 🔧 3. Hardware e Infraestrutura Local:

🖥️ Gestão dos terminais: manutenção preventiva e corretiva de computadores, limpeza, troca de peças (memória, SSD etc.) e formatação/atualização de Sistemas Operacionais. 💾 Gerenciamento e fornecimento de equipamentos de backup para a equipe. 🌐 Manutenção básica de infraestrutura lógica e física: nobreaks, cabeamento, roteadores e switches. 🔩 Triagem e gestão do contato com assistências técnicas especializadas para consertos de hardware de alta complexidade. ☁️ 4. Redes, Nuvem e Administração (Foco em Google):

👤 Administração completa do ambiente Google Workspace, incluindo criação e exclusão de usuários, gestão de e-mails, permissões de pastas e segurança da informação com foco na LGPD. 🌐 Gestão de 3 links diferentes de internet, garantindo disponibilidade, balanceamento, avaliações constantes e proposição de melhorias de rede. 💳 Gestão de assinaturas de softwares corporativos e contas de telefonia.

📍 Local: Florianópolis/SC — Presencial 🕘 Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 19h.

☁️ Experiência prática com o painel de administração do Google Workspace. 🍎 Forte conhecimento em sistemas Apple, incluindo macOS e iOS. 🪟 Forte conhecimento em Windows e suporte aos usuários. 🌐 Noções sólidas de redes, incluindo gestão de múltiplos links, Wi-Fi e roteamento.
