📍 Local de Trabalho: São Paulo/SP - Bairro Barueri / Zona Oeste 🏢 Modelo de Trabalho: 100% Remoto, com presença presencial às segundas-feiras pela manhã para reuniões de alinhamento; 📄 Regime de Contratação: PJ 💰 Remuneração fixa + remuneração variável

Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Contas para integrar nosso time comercial. Se você possui perfil consultivo, habilidade em negociações e experiência no mercado de tecnologia, essa pode ser a oportunidade ideal para impulsionar sua carreira!

🎯 Principais responsabilidades: 🔹 Gerenciar a carteira de clientes sob sua responsabilidade; 🔹 Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócio; 🔹 Desenvolver novas demandas junto aos clientes existentes; 🔹 Realizar visitas para fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial; 🔹 Entrar em contato com os clientes para agendamento de reuniões; 🔹 Elaborar trip reports das reuniões e registrar todas as informações no CRM (Salesforce); 🔹 Construir projetos em conjunto com o time de Pré-Vendas; 🔹 Elaborar propostas comerciais com todos os detalhes do projeto; 🔹 Preparar e conduzir apresentações de soluções para os clientes; 🔹 Realizar negociações comerciais visando o fechamento de negócios; 🔹 Inserir os pedidos fechados no CRM (Salesforce); 🔹 Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos junto às áreas envolvidas; 🔹 Atualizar o pipeline em alinhamento com o time de Inside Sales; 🔹 Participar das reuniões semanais de pipeline, realizadas às segundas-feiras; 🔹 Participar de treinamentos de produtos para aprimoramento contínuo do conhecimento técnico e comercial.

🎓 Requisitos: 🔹 Ensino Médio Completo; 🔹 Vivência na área comercial de tecnologia; 🔹 Disponibilidade para visitas presenciais a clientes e participação nas reuniões semanais em Barueri/SP.

💻 Competências técnicas: 🔹 Conhecimento em Salesforce e acompanhamento de indicadores; 🔹 Gestão de carteira de clientes; 🔹 Negociação e elaboração de propostas comerciais.

⭐ Competências comportamentais: 🔹 Excelente comunicação; 🔹 Organização e gestão do tempo; 🔹 Capacidade de negociação; 🔹 Proatividade e foco em resultados.
