Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico de Automação para atuar na programação, manutenção e melhoria de processos automatizados em uma planta industrial de grande porte, garantindo a eficiência operacional e o cumprimento das normas de segurança.

✅ Responsabilidades: Executar a programação semanal emitida pela área de planejamento e pelos gestores do cliente, reportando andamento e dificuldades ao superior imediato; Especificar materiais e ferramentas necessários para a execução das tarefas; Conhecer e interpretar diagramas lógicos, de malha, unifilares, de força e controle; Propor e implementar melhorias em processos automatizados, seguindo fluxos de aprovação; Monitorar processos via software e realizar alterações seguindo os procedimentos internos; Realizar manutenções corretivas e preventivas, incluindo média e alta complexidade em robôs ABB, KUKA e DÜRR; Analisar falhas e efetuar alterações em softwares de CLP para resolução definitiva, preenchendo relatórios de causa raiz; Arquitetar e programar softwares de PLC para pequenos processos produtivos; Configurar e parametrizar inversores de frequência Siemens e SEW; Trabalhar em conformidade com as normas de segurança, especialmente NR 12 e NR 10; Utilizar corretamente EPIs e zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa e do cliente; Participar de reuniões estratégicas, DDS e propor melhorias para alcançar as metas de disponibilidade e PQS; Cumprir as normas, leis e procedimentos legais e internos; Executar outras atividades correlatas à função.

Formação em Técnico em Automação; NR 10 obrigatório;

Experiência com: Instrumentos de medição elétrica e monitoramento de sistemas de automação; Programação via PG Siemens e CLP S7 Siemens; Sistemas de transportadores; Robôs ABB, KUKA e DÜRR; Inversores Siemens e SEW; Redes de comunicação Profibus, Modbus e Interbus; Leitura e interpretação de desenhos e diagramas elétricos, de malha e lógicos; Automação industrial.
