Mit standardisierten Betriebsprozessen und Aufgaben steuerst Du unsere externen Provider. Auch im Change bist Du gefordert: Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft unserer IT und treibe die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme voran. Unsere Kernthemen im Fondsbrokerage und Transfer Agent sind die Depotverwaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und Bestandsabstimmung. Für unsere Systemlandschaft, bestehend aus Individual- und Standardsoftware, nutzen wir u.a. Technologien von IBM z/OS Mainframe, Red Hat und Microsoft Azure Cloud. Gemeinsam gestalten wir den Einsatz moderner KI-Technologien und entwickeln daraus zukunftsfähige Lösungen für unsere internen Kunden. Deine Aufgaben:• Weiterentwickluing von IT-Plattformen und Standardsysteme in unterschiedlichen Betreibermodellen• Mitwirkung bei unseren Change-Vorhaben und Mitarbeit als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Entwicklerinnen, IT-Architektinnen und der IT-Security• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um innovative und zukunftsfähige IT-Lösungen für unsere internen Kunden zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen• Steuerung unserer ITSM-Prozesse rund um die von Dir betreuten Applikationen, beispielsweise im Release- und Testmanagement• Koordination von Testaktivitäten, Durchführung von Tests und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der TestautomatisierungWas du bietest• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik• Interesse an der Finanz- und Investmentbranche• Idealerweise erste Vorkenntnisse in den genannten Themenfeldern• Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für IT• Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalysen, Datenbank Management Systemen und Grundkenntnisse der Programmierung• Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamgeist• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift• Begeisterung für innovative Lösungen und ein offenes, lösungsorientiertes Mindset• Freude an organisierenden und strukturierenden Tätigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten• Eine partnerschaftliche, wertschätzende und von Begeisterung geprägte ArbeitsweiseMobiles Arbeiten ist bei uns ganz selbstverständlich, genauso wie die mehrheitliche Anwesenheit vor Ort in unseren modernen Büros in Senningerberg/Luxemburg.
