Wenn du eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung suchst, bist du in dieser Position genau richtig. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich folgende Aufgaben:• Analyse von Investmentfonds anhand definierter Selektionskriterien• Gespräche mit Fondsmanagern, Investmentspezialisten und Vertriebsexperten von Fondsgesellschaften für die qualitative Bewertung von Investmentfonds• Verantwortung für die attrax Fondsempfehlungsliste und Fondsmanagerauswahl• Erstellung von attrax Research-Publikationen in Form von Analysen und Einschätzungen sowie professionelle Kommunikation an Genossenschaftsbanken und attrax Vertriebsdirektoren• Redaktionelle Verantwortung für das Einstellen von attrax Research-Informationen im „attrax-Fondsadvisor“ als webbasierte Informationsplattform für unsere Kunden• Laufende Weiterentwicklung des quantitativen und qualitativen Selektionsprozesses durch Bewertungsmodelle auf Basis finanzmathematischer Methoden sowie der Einbindung von Künstlicher Intelligenz und/oder Datenmodellen.• Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Kongressen, auch als Referentin sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Fachkonferenzen aus dem InvestmentfondsumfeldWas du bietest• Eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Weiterbildung zum Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) oder gleichwertigen Zusatzqualifikation wäre wünschenswert bzw. du bist bereit, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln• Idealerweise Erfahrung im genossenschaftlichen Bankenumfeld sowie der Fondsmanagerauswahl als Investment Analyst beispielsweise im Fondsresearch einer Bank, einer Analyseplattform oder eines Asset Managers• Fundiertes Verständnis der Kapitalmärkte, interdisziplinäres Denken und Erkennen von Trends sowie Kundenbedürfnissen• Ausgeprägte analytische und methodische Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung und Bewertung von finanzmathematischen Kennzahlen - auch im Portfoliokontext• Umfassende IT-Kenntnisse zur Finanzanalyseplattform Morningstar Direct, MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit Anwendungen zu Künstlicher Intelligenz und prozessorientierter Datenaufbereitung wären wünschenswert• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur adressatengerechten Aufbereitung und Begeisterung an der professionellen Präsentation von Analyseerkenntnissen mit klaren Ableitungen und Handlungsempfehlungen• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und SchriftMobiles Arbeiten ist bei uns ganz selbstverständlich, genauso wie die mehrheitliche Anwesenheit vor Ort in unseren modernen Büros in Senningerberg/Luxemburg.
