Wenn du eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung suchst, bist du in dieser Position genau richtig. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich folgende Aufgaben:• Verantwortung für Büro- und Terminmanagement des Vorstands• Vor- und Nachbereiten der Sitzungen des Vorstands sowie der Termine mit Kontrollfunktionen der Attrax Financial Services• Bearbeitung bzw. Koordination von gesellschaftsbezogenen Anfragen der Finanzaufsicht, von Wirtschaftsprüfungen oder sonstigen Behörden• Administration und Weiterentwicklung gesellschaftsspezifischer Tools (z.B. interne Informationsdatenbank oder Homepage der Gesellschaft)• Administration und Steuerung des Management Informationssystems• Unterstützung bei Auslagerungsmanagement inkl. Due Diligence Aktivitäten• Begleitung der Analyse und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen an die Gesellschaft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fach- und Stabseinheiten• Unterstützung bei Erstellung geschäftsbezogener Kontrollberichte• Unterstützung der Facheinheiten bei spezifischen AufgabenWas du bietestDu passt zu uns und dieser anspruchsvollen Position, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium• Erfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche im Bereich des Vorstandsstabes oder als Assistenz einer Geschäftsleitung• Gutes vernetztes Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Loyalität und Einhaltung hoher Vertraulichkeit• Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten im Team mit überzeugendem Auftreten• Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten• Kommunikationsstärke mit einer präzisen Ausdruckweise in Wort und Schrift• Erste Erfahrungen bei Bearbeitung von regulatorischen Themen der Finanzindustrie• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office–Anwendungen sowie Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen und KI• Neben sehr gutem Deutsch ist das Beherrschen der englischen und/oder französischen Sprache von VorteilMobiles Arbeiten ist bei uns ganz selbstverständlich, genauso wie die mehrheitliche Anwesenheit vor Ort in unseren modernen Büros in Luxemburg.Auch vielfältige Bildungshintergründe und Arbeitserfahrungen sind bei uns willkommen.
