The posting

SSA søges til barselsvikariat i Slangerup pr. 1. december. Faste dagvagter og mulighed for at gøre en reel forskel i én borgers hverdag. Respiratorisk erfaring er ikke et krav, vi sørger gerne for oplæring.

Borgeren er en ung pige med Cerebral Parese med behov for hjælp i alle daglige aktiviteter. Hun har epilepsi, som håndteres af bostedets personale. Hun har ikke et verbalt sprog, men kommunikerer gennem øjenkontakt og mimik. Hun er glad for aktiviteter og et aktivt hverdagsliv, og du vil derfor følge hende i forskellige gøremål såsom:

  • Løbeture i løbevogn
  • Svømning med hendes forældre, hvor du overvåger fra bassinkanten
  • Udendørsaktiviteter og oplevelser i det fri

Respiratorisk behandling og oplæring

Borgeren er i 24-timers invasiv respiratorisk overvågning og behandling. Vi ser gerne, at du allerede har et invasivt certifikat fra RCØ, men det er ikke et krav.

Har du ikke respiratorisk erfaring, ser vi gerne at du har mulighed for at påbegynde oplæring ca. 3 uger inden barselsvikariatets opstart.

Vi sørger for, at du bliver klædt godt på til opgaven gennem:

  • 6-8 grundige oplæringsvagter
  • Løbende sparring i teamet
  • Efterfølgende certificering via RCØ

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Du arbejder på lige fod med det faste team og har ansvar for:

  • Respiratorisk overvågning og invasiv behandling
  • Observation og håndtering af respiratorisk udstyr
  • Dokumentation og løbende observation af borgerens tilstand
  • Samarbejde med bostedets medarbejdere
  • Deltagelse i borgerens daglige aktiviteter og rutiner
  • At skabe ro, stabilitet og tryghed på dine vagter

Om dig

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent og ønsker faste dagvagter
  • Er stabil, fleksibel og møder til tiden
  • Trives med at arbejde tæt sammen med én borger
  • Er empatisk, nærværende og tålmodig og kan bevare overblikket i pressede situationer
  • Har erfaring med respiratorisk overvågning, eller er motiveret for at lære det

Vagter

Vi tilbyder dagvagter i et 6-ugers rul på både hverdage og weekend på 6 vagter over 6 ugers rul.

Dagvagt: alle dage fra kl. 07.00-19.15

Teamet er selvdækkende. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du står ved de vagter, du påtager dig, samt er fleksibel og kan hjælpe ved sygdom og ferie. Stabilitet er afgørende for både borgeren, de pårørende og teamet.
