ERFAREN SSH SØGES TIL PRIVAT HJEMMEPLEJE I FURESØ

Vi søger en uddannet og erfaren social- og sundhedshjælper til vores aftenvagt i et fast 5-2 rul kl. 15.00–23.30. Mandag/tirsdag og hver anden weekend lige uger, fredag, lørdag og søndag,

Dine opgaver

  • Helhedspleje og praktisk hjælp hos borgere i eget hjem
  • Skabe tryghed, nærvær og kvalitet i mødet med borgeren
  • Koordinere og samarbejde tæt med dine kollegaer
  • Daglig faglig sparring med ansvarshavende SSA
  • Kvalitetsbevidst og rettidig dokumentation i FSIII Nexus
  • Bidrage aktivt til rehabilitering og den gode borgeroplevelse

Vi søger dig, som

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper
  • Har erfaring fra hjemmeplejen
  • Har interesse for rehabilitering og faglig udvikling
  • Har erfaring med eller kendskab til Nexus, FMK, SEL, Ældreloven og SUL
  • Er mødestabil, ansvarsbevidst og kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Har lyst til at være en del af et team, hvor vi hjælper hinanden og løfter i flok

Ansættelse

Stillingen er på 29,75 timer pr. uge.

  • Fast aftenvagt kl. 15.00–23.30
  • 5-2 rul - Mandag/tirsdag - lige uger, fredag, lørdag søndag.
  • Opstart hurtigst muligt – vi venter gerne på den rette kandidat
  • Samtaler afholdes løbende
