Vi søger en fast hjælper til ca. 12 timer om ugen 💙 Vi søger en fast hjælper til Alexander på 6 år, som bor sammen med sine forældre og to yngre søskende i Valby. Alexander er en aktiv dreng, der kan løbe, hoppe og lege som andre børn på hans alder. Da han var 4 år, fik han en blodprop i hjernen, som har medført nogle kognitive udfordringer. Han bliver hurtigere træt, har brug for ekstra tid til at reagere og kan nemt blive afledt. Derfor søger vi en nærværende voksen, som kan skabe rolige og trygge rammer, samtidig med at der er plads til leg, sjov og hyggelige oplevelser.

Hvad går jobbet ud på?

Du bliver en fast del af Alexanders hverdag, hvor du blandt andet skal hente ham i institution, tilbringe eftermiddage sammen med ham og finde på hyggelige aktiviteter både i og uden for hjemmet. Det vigtigste er, at du kan møde Alexander i øjenhøjde og tilpasse aktiviteterne til hans dagsform og behov for pauser. Der er ikke behov for omfattende personlig pleje, men Alexander kan have brug for lidt hjælp efter toiletbesøg. Du vil naturligt møde og have kontakt med hans søskende, men dit ansvar er udelukkende rettet mod Alexander.

Arbejdstider og opstart

Stillingen er på cirka 12 timer om ugen, fordelt på:

Tirsdag og fredag: Kl. 14.30–17.30 (6 timer om ugen).

Fleksibel afløsning: 24 timer om måneden (cirka 6 timer om ugen), primært på hverdage med mulighed for weekendvagter.

De fleksible timer planlægges i samarbejde med familien, som også gerne tilpasser dem til din kalender.

Erfaring med børn med særlige behov er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du er den rette person for Alexander og hans familie.
